What the fuck - so he thinks the Conservatives have done better than Labour in increasing the number of BME parliamentary candidates, but this is due to them being less democratic? He described what he saw as "institutional resistance" to selecting black and Asian candidates. It was no coincidence that there were only 15 ethnic minority MPs, he said.
