G20 Meltdown

A lot of people are pushing this march on 1st April, including Old Holborn, but I'm in two minds at the moment.

Firstly, yes I believe the bankers and MPs should be protested against, I'd be the first to do that.

But the people organising this march appear to be of the Marxist/Class War/Communist type and my beliefs do clash rather badly with theirs, myself being staunchly anti-communist and all. I think some of the comments on OH's post (which he is ignoring, seeing this as the only chance to get at MPs) have it bang on, especially Revolution Harry, with this:
Having said all that going on this particular 'march' will indeed be counter productive. It will undoubtedly end in violence which is exactly what the authorities want and it'll get us nowhere fast.. We need to be far more creative than tagging along with Class War and Socialist Worker types.

Hmmmm, what to do?

I'm giving it a wide berth. I think the bankers are playing the role of scapegoat here and Old Felchborn is only pissed off with them because they make more money than he does. :o)

I have to agree that thi will only end in violence.
Let the plod kick the shit out of all the hippies and commies, and the inteligent ones should wait to play our hand.
Otherwise we are only giving them an excuse to take our dna, our fingerprints, and stick us on every database known to man.

I'm having second thoughts amd might attend to demand entry to the smoking lounge so thoughtfully supplied to our betters.
