The Hollywood Post

So, I've been tagged by The Bristol Blogger to do Kerry McCarthy's "list of DVDs Obama gave to Gorgon".

The films are: Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Casablanca, Raging Bull, Singin’ in the Rain, Gone with the Wind, Lawrence of Arabia, Schindler’s List, Vertigo, The Wizard of Oz, City Lights, The Searchers, Star Wars: Episode IV, Psycho, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Sunset Boulevard, The Graduate,The General, On the Waterfront, It’s a Wonderful Life, Chinatown, Some Like it Hot, The Grapes of Wrath, ET: The Extra-Terrestrial and To Kill a Mockingbird.

You get 1 point for seeing it, 2 points for owning it.

I've seen Citizen Kane, The Godfather, Schindler's List, The Wizard of Oz, Star Wars: Episode IV, Psycho, 2001: A Space Odyssey, ET: The Extra Terrestrial and To Kill A Mockingbird.

I own none of them.

9 points.

I tag (though do not expect to see complete this as it's pretty frivolous) Obnoxio, and Old Bag.

A more interesting meme would be 'DVDs Obama should have given to Gordo'. Endless scope for mischief there...

18 points. It is a very dull & worthy list so I'm not sure if that is a good thing.

Top of my list would have been 'V for Vendetta' for obvious reasons.
